Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the In-Sight Analytics website and platform. By accessing them you agree to these terms. If you're entering into a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence.

Use of the service

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with any access granted to you.
• Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Your data & content

You retain all rights to the data and documents you connect or upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to process it to deliver the service to you. You're responsible for having the right to use any data you provide.

AI-assisted features

In-Sight's analytical and AI features are decision-support tools. Recommendations, findings, and extracted limits are grounded and explainable, but they do not replace engineering judgement. Consequential actions, including arming engineering limits, require human confirmation. You remain responsible for operational decisions.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable but provide it "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Any service-level commitments will be set out in your written agreement with us.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, In-Sight and ExciteData are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
